  1. Dr. Erica,

Those a great questions to ask about manifesting love into your life. But I do have to ask. What if your friends and family don’t support what you are doing but you feel strongly about your purpose and you go ahead with your actions because you know that’s what you are supposed to do?

Do we always need the support of our friends in order to follow our dreams? I believe their support would help but if you can not have it because their limitations cause you to doubt your dreams, then I think there should be an “agree to disagree” situation.

Many successful people I know had to sever relationships becasue they were holding that person back from their full potential. And when they realized what they started to achieve was satisfying they knew they made the right decision.

    • Ken,

In the rest of the article which is posted at the Alska publishing site, I talk about something that seems to happen to most of us. As we start manifesting our dream, manifesting our love, we are often first faced with all the ways that we should not feel that love, all the ways we are not really loving, and all the reasons why we probably won’t make it. One of those reasons can be the fear of those closest to us (friends, family, spouses, even children). Some of us have to walk a fine line, balancing the naysayers around us and our own insecurities with the power and passion of our dream. Especially when those closest to us are not “yet” supportive, that is when we need to seek support elsewhere in the form of counseling, coaches and mentors. Sometimes we do have to sever relationships that hold us back. Often, we blame the relationships when we have really used those relationships to hide our own fears. When we stand in our own truth, sometimes our relationships improve and our partners are surprisingly with us and on our side.

  2. Hey Dr Goodstone,
I love this post, the first reason is because you did not ask are you surrounded by love but are you manifesting love in your life. I always say you are the most important factor in your life and it is up to you to create the lifestyle that you want to live. If you want a warm and loving evironment you have to spark it. This goes back to one of my favorite saying. “You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching, Love like you’ll never be hurt, Sing like there’s nobody listening, And live like it’s heaven on earth.” – William W. • Marcus,
I love your quotes. We truly do create and manifest in our lives. It’s a matter of whether we do it consciously or just allow it to happen to us haphazardly. Successful people choose what they are manifesting. Manifesting love all around you is your own choice and decision.

  3. Hey Dr. Erica,

I love the value you bring and the deal you offer is a great one.

I know you will be able to help out many, many more people in the future.

    Keep up the good work!

  4. Erica,

A truly remarkable person could say yes to all of your questions. I can for several, but not all. Manifesting is such a consistent theme throughout all of the motivational, spiritual world. It takes focus every day to manifest one’s intention.

    Thanks for making me look.

  5. Hi Erica,

Great post and I love the passage on Alska.
Great steps for assessing and taking control of your mind.

I couldn’t agree more that manifesting your dreams, desires and love requires commitment, consistency and willingness to do whatever it takes.

You must be disciplined and surround yourself with support systems that will help you to achieve your goals. You should never try to be a lone wolf…we all need the support, especially if it is not coming from your family.

For me, being part of a MasterMind group is a wonderful solution and it is a fact that working alone almost never works. You need the support of people around you. You need to surround yourself with the right people!

A MasterMind group offers a safe environment for you to share your dreams and discuss your challenges and manifest what you deserve in your life.

    Keep inspiring us,
    Marc

    • Marc,
What I have learned is that belonging to a mastermind group is only part of the puzzle for building a business and manifesting your dreams. Even with all that incredible verbal support, if you do not have adequate technical, financial and marketing support, it may all remain an ongoing struggle. Working in collaboration with others, to me, is the true key to success.
