And What does it mean to give MORE than 100%?
Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100% – or about people who ask you to give more than 100%?
What equals 100% in life?
Follow this numerical formula that might help answer these questions:

Then:
K-N-O-W-L-E- D-G-E
11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+ 5 = 96%
And
H-A-R-D-W-O- R- K
8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 = 98%
But:
A-T-T-I-T-U- D-E
1+20+20+9+20+ 21+4+5 = 100%
THEN, look how far the love of God will take you:
L-O-V-E-O-F- G-O-D
12+15+22+5+15+ 6+7+15+4 = 101%
Therefore, one can conclude with mathematical certainty that:
While Hard Work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there, It’s the Love of God that will put you over the top!
Now let’s look at one more example.
H-E-A-L-I-N-G + L-O-V-E
8+5+1+12+9+14+7 +12+15+22+5 = 110%
One can conclude further that:
While Hard Work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there, and the Love of God will put you over the top, combining Healing with Love will put you way over the top.

This subject is great and the method you used to explain a formula is wild.
Hard work in being persistent is great with understanding that learning something everyday about our global industry will add strength within. Yet, you must take action on all the wisdom you gain for it to help you achieve all your goals.
Attitude is everything and without it you are lost. You must fast each day with a positive attitude and do no allow doubt around you. Hey, sometimes that would mean to leave people you love alone for a while. Just until your equipped with the strength to know when to not get involved with all that negative conversation.
Dr. Erica your a great coach and supporter of all people. There has not been one day visiting your site that this reader has not learned more to move forward in my life. This is priceless as your friendship.

So true. Our attitude is more important than anything else. We can choose to always see what is possible, even if it is not right in front of us. We can also always choose to see love and make the attempt to bring light into the darkness wherever it exists. This is a lifetime task and requires consistent dilligence.

Hello,
I truly agree with you when you said that the love of God will put you over the top. I think that this is really something that most people (including me) tend to forget in this life sometimes. It is not just about hard work and knowledge but also love of God and healing love.

You are so right. Hard work will only get you so far if you do not have that love and trust and inner knowing that there is more. We tend to think that if we only work harder we will attain what we desire. But we are not in total control. Love is healing, love of God and of our own self – and then we can share that love with others.

That is very cool numbers, Dr. Erica. I have never seen those ideas expressed in quite that way before. It sounds to me that no matter what kind of love it is, that it is good for you. And the healing kind of love is the best of all of them. I would like some more of that please.

According to Neale Donald Walsh (author of Conversations with God and many other books) and also Wallace D. Wattles (author of The Science of Getting Rich written in 1910, the way to receive more of what you are wanting is to give it. You cannot give what you don’t have. So when you give, you are giving a message to your subconscious that you DO have what you are giving. And that is what attracts more of it to you. So if you are wanting some healing love, find a few people that you can give it to first – and in due time you will receive it back.

Having spent many years assisting around Landmark Education one of the most memorable stories is the one relating to the work done with inmates in prison. The Forum leaders would let each prisoner take center stage to “let it all out.” Let our the anger, the rage, the frustration, the hatred. One, who was a gang leader, spoke for five hours. For five hours he vented vile filth toward everyone and everything, gut wrenching hatred for all. And, as all of this came out of him and he was almost empty he broke down sobbing how he really loved his mother and only wanted to be acknowledged and loved.
Under all is our desire to love and be loved. One should not mask that desire, but express it with all your being.

I just felt compelled to return. I did some digging in my journals and found that having the feeling and thought of being loved is the driving force in my life.
I fell that everyday is to celebrate someones life and show them when the prompting comes, how much they are loved. Giving love to others helps in your energy level and all well-being.
